Today, AFRC President Travis Joseph submitted testimony for the May 2nd House Natural Resources Committee oversight hearing, “The Consequences of Executive Branch Overreach of the Antiquities Act.” Joseph’s testimony focuses on the last-minute expansion of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument by President Obama in January 2017, its impacts to local communities and, the legal conflict with the O&C Act of 1937.
